How to fix: Hidden folders in USB drive - Files changed to shortcuts

First of all, never again, double-click shortcuts in your USB drive. 99% of the time, its a virus that affects your registry.

Now, if you have a USB drive that lost all its content, or your folders suddenly became shortcuts, here's a fix for that.

Click the start button, Run, then type in cmd. ( or simply press the windows key + R and type cmd)

Once you've opened the Command Prompt, type in (or paste):
"
attrib -h -r -s /s /d h:\*.*
"

Your USB drive probably has a different letter, so change the " h:\ " into the right letter for your drive.

hit enter and see if it worked. Now if it did, go back here and Like this post, or Share this so that others may see.

If it didn't, leave a comment below so I could help you. :)
